The double major in gender, sexuality, and feminist studies and creative writing will explore “the intersection of agriculture and art, and how clay, soil, and ceramics preserve cultural traditions.” 

A double major in creative writing and studio art, Virginia Wagner ’08 is an artist in the truest sense of the word.

Maya Denkmire '25 is a creative writing major with a concentration in education. She has spent the summer working at The Telling Room in Portland, ME, to assist with their summer youth writing programs.  Here, she discusses her experience and how her interest in writing evolved to include education.
