Leah Yonemoto-Weston ’24Leah Yonemoto-Weston ’24, a comparative American studies major, has been selected for the NYC Urban Fellows Program. She will spend nine months working within New York City government to address urban policy challenges and housing justice.

Lucas Daley ’26 is an 91ֱ�� College triple major in politics, economics, and Russian who has successfully bridged the gap between academic research, international policy, and personal passions. 

The double major in gender, sexuality, and feminist studies and creative writing will explore “the intersection of agriculture and art, and how clay, soil, and ceramics preserve cultural traditions.”

The 91ֱ�� double major is one of 26 people awarded the highly competitive —an honor reserved for the most academically brilliant social leaders in the U.S. 

91ֱ�� was named a Top Producer of Fulbright students for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Leo Hidy ’23, a comparative American studies major who also studied business and economics while at 91ֱ��, has received a 2026 Marshall Scholarship that will fund two years of graduate study in the UK. 

The record-setting 91ֱ�� athlete and musical studies major has earned a Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship (ETA) to Germany for the 2025-2026 academic year. 

The fellowship will help the psychology major achieve her goals of becoming a globally minded mental health professional.
