Music Theater
In and outside the classroom
Learn in a space designed specifically for music theater students with a curriculum focused on getting you ready for your career. In the Music Theater program, you鈥檒l work in the classroom and participate in applied work in dance, voice, and acting:
- Acting classes: six semesters
- Music Theater workshops: six semesters
- Dance: five days a week, all four years
- Voice lessons: weekly one-hour private lessons, all four years
Immersive practice
During 91直播鈥檚 unique Winter Term, you鈥檒l participate in a series of intensive courses designed to improve critical skill sets for each year of training:
- Industry boot camp: first-year students will work with professionals from the music theater industry
- Intensive rehearsal: for two major productions
- Spring showcase prep: fourth-year students will prepare for their spring showcase in New York City, including specialized strength training with 91直播鈥檚 athletic department
