If you wish to cancel audio recording and/or live-streaming services, please complete this form at least 1 week prior to your event. 

 This includes any recording or editing services beyond those provided as part of the standard offerings. 

You will receive a confirmation within 1-2 business days that we have received your request. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact Audio Services.
