Interviews - College of Arts & Sciences
The College of Arts and Sciences is pleased to offer admissions interviews for prospective students! This is a great way for us to get to know you better, and also gives you the opportunity to ask questions about 91直播. Please note that interviews are not required.
Our interviews are informal, conversational, friendly and typically last 20 to 30 minutes. Your interview might be with admissions staff, a current student, or an 91直播 College alum. Need help preparing? View our list of interview tips!
High school students are welcome to interview with us from the spring of their junior year through January 15 of their senior year. We receive a high volume of requests so applicants are permitted only one interview. All interviews are conducted virtually.
Interviews are for prospective applicants to the College of Arts and Sciences for fall 2026 only. Students who are interested in the Conservatory of Music may wish to schedule a faculty lesson in lieu of an admissions interview.
All interview slots for students applying for fall 2026 are full and no further timeslots will be made available.
Interviews for students applying for Fall 2027 will open in spring 2026.
International Students
Due to limited availability, interviews are reserved for United States citizens or permanent residents only. For international students, 91直播 College encourages and accepts independent interviews from vendors such as or . If you live in China, you can use InitialView and speak personally with an interviewer. If you live in Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan you can use Vericant to speak personally with an interviewer. If you live outside of these countries, you can use these vendors to speak with an interviewer via a video platform.
Your InitialView or Vericant conversation will be recorded for review by 91直播 admissions staff, and can also be shared with other colleges of your choice. Please note that an interview with InitialView or Vericant is not 91直播-specific, so your interviewer will not be able to answer questions about 91直播. There is a cost for this service.
