Biography

Nicole began her career in counseling and accessibility services, where she developed a foundation in student support and advocacy. Over the years, she has held roles in residence life, conduct, and student success. These experiences have broadened her understanding of student needs while enhancing her ability to foster inclusive and supportive campus environments.

In 2022, Nicole joined 91ֱ��, where she currently serves as the assistant director for student disability programming. In this role, she works to ensure that students with disabilities have equitable access to education, campus resources, and programs. As a proud first-generation college student, Nicole is deeply committed to advocating for marginalized populations and breaking down systemic barriers in higher education. Her work focuses on embracing intersectional identities while creating opportunities to enhance student retention and success.

Outside of her professional commitments, Nicole enjoys exploring new destinations, reading nonfiction literature, attending outdoor festivals, and spending quality time with family and friends.
