Johnson & Johnson鈥檚 Janssen COVID-19 vaccine kits arrived in 91直播 on April 7. At 8 a.m. on April 9, the first dose will be administered on campus.
The Mercy-Allen staff at Hales Gym performed hundreds of COVID-19 tests since the academic year began, now they will inject doses of the vaccine to students, faculty and staff. The kits were delivered to Mercy Hospital on Wednesday, where they were placed in refrigeration. On April 9, they will be moved to Hales Gym, where the staff will prepare the vaccine and administer shots. The Johnson & Johnson kits that arrived at 91直播 will make up 1,800 doses of the vaccine.
