A stage in Dick Bailey Field with puffs of clouds and a gorgeous blue sky in the background serves as inspiration for this week’s photo series.

Throughout the week of May 9, Dick Bailey Field was transformed into a space for students in the graduating Class of 2021. Workers hoisted speakers, chairs were set 6 feet apart, and bleachers were marked with bright orange tape for physical distancing among guests. In order to keep crowds at low capacity, two ceremonies will be held on May 14. The 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. events will be the first graduations held at the Austin E. Knowlton Athletics Complex and the first ceremonies since the pandemic.
