New York Times Editor Dean Baquet Speaks in Finney

Dean Baquet, executive editor of the New York Times, answers a student鈥檚 question following his convocation speech on Tuesday, March 31, in Finney Chapel. A former reporter for the Times-Picayune in New Orleans, the Chicago Tribune, and the editor of the Los Angeles Times, Baquet told the audience an editor鈥檚 world is much more confined than a reporter鈥檚, which is one reason he enjoys visiting college campuses.
