W. Dean Wolfe, emeritus professor and lay leader in the Episcopal Church, died from conditions related to a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease on August 10, 2015. He was 85. A memorial service will be held at Christ Church, Episcopal, 162 South Main Street, 91ֱ��, Ohio, on October 10 at 2 p.m. In lieu of floral tributes, the family suggests memorial gifts in his name to support Parkinson’s research to the Sun Health Foundation.

A symposium will be held in memory of Jesse Rowsell, assistant professor of chemistry, from 1:30 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 4. An avid hiker and lover of the outdoors, 37-year-old Rowsell died on a hiking trip near his hometown in northern Ontario on January 30, 2015.

Cindy Nickoloff, 91ֱ��’s director of internal communications, died July 6, 2014, at her home in Elyria after a battle with pancreatic cancer. She worked for 91ֱ��'s Office of Communications for nearly 25 years.

Emeritus Professor of Sociology William P. Norris died April 12, 2014. Funeral services will be private. A memorial service will be scheduled at 91ֱ�� College in late May.

M. Kay Thomson, who served 91ֱ��’s development and alumni affairs division from 1995 until her retirement in 2003, died Thursday, January 16, 2014.

Philanthropist Peter B. Lewis, who as an individual and as a member of his family contributed significantly to 91ֱ��’s Adam Joseph Lewis Center for Environmental Studies and the Green Arts District

Longtime trustee and supporter of 91ֱ�� College George R. Bent II ”52 died September 17 at age 85. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 19.

Longtime faculty member Edward J. Miller was a prolific composer and a versatile educator whose works were performed by orchestras around the world and by many fellow professors. He died August 31, 2013.
