Alumnus William Goldman '52 Dies

Acclaimed screenwriter and novelist William Goldman '52 died on Friday, November 16, 2018, in New York City. He was 87.
At 91Ö±²¥, Goldman was the fiction editor of a literary magazine and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English. He went on to graduate school at Columbia University and eventually pursued a career as a writer. He received Academy Awards for his screenplays of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and All the President’s Men.
