ࡱ> :<9_ 0bjbjzyzy 06b6b0,,,,$P,dLJGIIIIII$ d#~mm"GG:_,Y#: 30.#]L##pmm#B :  PERFORMING WITH HARPSICHORD TUNING AND MOVING POLICIES When performing with harpsichord at the conservatory, the following steps are required in order to prepare for the performance: First, the primary performer must contact Professor Mark Edwards in Bibbins 134 ( HYPERLINK "http://mark.edwards@oberlin.edu" mark.edwards@oberlin.edu) to obtain approval for the use of a harpsichord and to be assigned an accompanist. Next, the primary performer and/or harpsichord accompanist must contact Concert Production (Bibbins 125) to schedule a harpsichord tuning session in the performance venue. The request for tuning must be made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the performance date. In addition, the primary performer and/or harpsichord player must contact a designated harpsichord mover (contact  HYPERLINK "mailto:robert.murphy@oberlin.edu" robert.murphy@oberlin.edu for names of harpsichord movers) in order to initiate the scheduling of a harpsichord move into the performance venue. Lastly, the harpsichord mover must contact Concert Production to schedule a harpsichord move into and out of the concert hall.
