The Office of Conference Services offers a wide range of services, including hosting large conferences and renting campus spaces for weddings and smaller gatherings. Our campus facilities—which include venues like lecture halls, meeting rooms, dining spaces, and outdoor areas—are typically available for major conferences from June 1 through July 30; However, wedding venues  are available year-round.

 In addition to providing spaces, the Office of Conference Services can help with housing, dining, and other logistics to support your event. We tailor our services to your specific needs and can provide a cost proposal outlining facility assignments and other details.
